You are always welcome to come into school, but if you need to speak to a teacher, please make an appointment at the office, or pop in at the end of the school day. Before school can be rather difficult for teachers to speak to parents, as they are busy preparing for the school day.
If I have a complaint, what should I do?
The first step is to talk to your child's teachers about whatever the problem is. If you then feel you need to make the matter further, please make an appointment to speak to the Head of Department or the Deputy Head.
