To complete our topic on Ancient Greece, we held an Olympic Day. In the morning the children tried Greek food, and organised the events, rules and winning olive wreaths. We split Year 5 into 5 city states, Troy, Athens, Sparta, Corinth and Crete. Each city state competed to be the best. Our eventual winners were Sparta.
