We are taking part in the National Gallery's project 'Take One Picture', which encourages schools to be as creative as they can using one picture as the inspiration for their cross-curricular work. We are looking at Joseph Turner's masterpiece 'The Fighting Temeraire'. We are going to hold an exhibition in school to display the work we have done inspired by this magnificent painting. NEWS FLASH On Thursday 4th December the National Gallery came to look at our school and the work we have done on The Fighting Temeraire. We have made it through to the last 26 schools from over 100 who took part in this project. We wait to hear whether we make it through to the final 10 schools.
